What this is, and isn't.

The Manager Archetype Finder is a short, opinionated assessment that maps how you operate onto a grid of sixteen archetypes. It's not a clinical instrument. It's a mirror — and like any mirror, it works best in honest light.

Twenty-four scenarios, four options each. Four hidden dimensions: Expression (Vocal ↔ Reserved), Judgment (Intuitive ↔ Empirical), Instinct (Protective ↔ Confrontational), and Temperament (Adaptive ↔ Structured). Six questions per dimension, each option quietly worth one to four points.

Per dimension, the points add up to a score between 6 and 24. Below the midpoint of 15, the first side wins; at or above it, the second. The four winners combine into your code, and the distance from the middle becomes the percentages on your result. Exact ties default to the second side.

You are almost certainly more than one archetype, depending on the day, the room, and the season — but most people have a center of gravity, and the assessment is built to surface it. Take it again in six months. It changes.
